Train in ideal conditions.  Mindful Soccer has access to the premier soccer facilities in central and western Virginia.  This allows for training to focus on the technique and mentality of each player without the distraction of poor playing conditions.  MSM training takes place primarily in the SOCA Field House, a state-of-the-art indoor soccer training facility.  The field house features high quality field turf and easy access to training equipment for all aspects of the game.  In the warmer months, MSM training may take place at South Fork Soccer Park on top quality bermuda grass fields.
